The Summer Program operates from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM during the months of June and July after schools dismiss for Summer break and last around 9 weeks. Our Summer program is packed with loads of FUN. C.A.S.A. plans field trips, special activities and events throughout the summer. Each week of summer, C.A.S.A. has offered multiple camp themes, such as: Theater Camp, STEAM Camp, Art Camp, and Sports Camp. One of our weeks during the summer is dedicated to students attending Vacation Bible School at one of our local host churches. The 2026 Summer Program will begin May 26, and continue for 10 weeks ending July 31. This summer, parents will only be able to sign up for the entire summer, with the option to take two weeks off. Space is limited and always fills up fast.

CASA does a tier-based enrollment allowing our school year and past participants the earliest opportunity to enroll before opening our enrollment to the general public. Please note that the times outlined below are not the only time frames you can drop off your enrollment, but it is your only early access period before opening to the general public.
Current school year participants- may start dropping off enrollment forms at 8:30AM on Monday, April 13, 2026.
Last year's summer participants- may start dropping off enrollment forms at 9:30AM on Monday April 13, 2026.
General Public- may start dropping off enrollment forms at 10:30AM on Monday, April 13, 2026.
Documents Needed: All paperwork listed below must be completed IN FULL and in advance so things will run efficiently. Please mark an N/A on any lines that are not applicable when filling out your child's forms. CASA reserves the right to not accept any enrollment forms that are illegible.

Please note that completing/submitting all enrollment paperwork does not guarantee your child a spot in our upcoming Summer program. You will receive an email by April 20th if your child has received a spot or has been placed on our waiting list.
Summer Package:
This year's summer program is for a total of 10 weeks, starting May 26 and ending July 31. Parents will not be able to choose their weeks, but upon registration, they child will be enrolled in all 10 weeks. Because we now that families need vacation time, they will be allowed to choose 2 of the 10 weeks to "take off", and parents will not have to pay for those weeks. There is a limit of only two weeks to select as "take off" weeks. Initial "take off" weeks will be on the the registration applications, and changes may be made up until two weeks before the originally scheduled "take off" week. If a "take off" week is not used, and child care is needed instead, parents may do so, as long as it has been indicated to the administration (C.A.S.A. Office). All but two weeks are 5-day weeks, the other two 4-day weeks will be during week #1 (May 26-29) and week #6 (June 29-July 2). Tuition for 5-day weeks will be $160 per child, and Tuition for 4-day weeks will be $130.

Field Trips and Onsite Activities
If weather is permitting, C.A.S.A. will make every effort to provide children two field trips each week. One of these field trips will be "entertainment", while we will work to make the other "educational". On days that field trips are not offered, C.A.S.A. will provide children with structured activities related to the theme for that given week.
