The following Pre-Screening is mandatory for all students and must be submitted no later than 8:00am each Monday morning. The weekly survey will be available on our website under the COVID-19 Updates tab each Friday at 6:00pm and will be removed at 8:00 AM each Monday morning so that the office can prepare and review the report. Unfortunately, in the event any family member fails to submit the Pre-Screening for their child/children before the 8:00am Monday deadline, CASA will not be able to pick up the child/children and the family member will receive an e-mail notification that other arrangements will need to be made for after school pick-up.
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) dominates the news, we would like to insure our families that Church After School Association and its venues are committed to the health and safety of our students. You are our top priority.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and adhering to the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our city, state, and federal officials. In addition, we are implementing any and all proactive strategies to keep our facilities illness-free.
These include, but are not limited to, increased alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout all of our venues and significantly increased cleaning and disinfecting.
Whether inside or outside of our venues, you can also help to protect yourself by washing your hands regularly, keeping you and your child at home if you exhibit flu-like symptoms, and covering your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing.
We remain vigilant in this evolving situation. Thank you for choosing Church After School Association, Inc. as your families childcare provider.
