Making decisions about your child's care can be challenging. We want to inspire confidence in your decision while making the process as simple as possible. The enrollment process is an important and necessary part of our organization. Enrollment is required to attend any of the three C.A.S.A. programs. The following are steps for enrollment:
- Check eligibility for your child's grade by contacting our office by phone or email. Once eligibility has been confirmed, you may begin the enrollment process. If there are no available openings for your child's current grade/school, you may place your child on our waiting list.
- Enrollment into the C.A.S.A. program begins with submitting the official enrollment and medical forms, a copy of your child's 121 Immunizations Form, The COVID waiver, permission of play/signature form, and the enrollment fee (Specified on the Enrollment tab).. The enrollment forms will be reviewed, and a parent will be notified when the child can begin the C.A.S.A. program.
YOUR CHILD'S PLACEMENT IS NOT GUARANTEED IN THE C.A.S.A. PROGRAM UNTIL ALL ENROLLMENT PAPERWORK AND FEES HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.
BEFORE A STUDENT CAN ATTEND ANY C.A.S.A. PROGRAM,
ALL PAPERWORK AND FEES MUST BE SUBMITTED.
